MENS' PILATES Remember: Pilates was created by a man and was later adapted for women! This class is designed specifically for men of all levels of experience, addressing the obvious differences in how men approach movement. Men generally have less flexibility and a greater degree of upper body strength than women. This class recognizes those differences and adapts the exercises so that men feel comfortable in class and reap the benefits of Pilates exercise. Men are welcome in all of our classes, but this class was created by request for Men only.
