POSTPARTUM PILATES New Moms, are you dreaming of the day your pre-pregnancy clothes will fit again? Does your pre-pregnant belly seem like a distant memory? If so, this class is for you! You will learn the basics of Pilates while including your baby. Potential benefits of Postpartum Pilates include preventing and relieving low back pain, strengthening upper body, and improving postpartum recovery. Bond with your baby as you get back into shape! New moms and their babies up to four months are welcome. A signed physician release is required prior to class.
