PRENATAL PILATES Studies have shown these exercise classes may relieve swollen extremities, leg cramps, varicose veins, insomnia, back pain, pelvic pressure, fatigue, and excessive weight gain. Additionally, they may improve posture, circulation (for mother and baby!), duration and experience of labor, energy levels, sense of well-being, and postpartum recovery. Moms-to-be in all stages of pregnancy are welcome. A signed physician release is required prior to class.
