Mats and chairs are used in this program, which uses circular and spiral movements to increase range of motion, develop long, lean and toned muscles, and improve posture and flexibility. Capoeira

An Afro-Brazilian martial art that is an extraordinary form of self-defense and a way of instilling self-confidence. Traditional instruments and vocal calling are integral to Capoeira, a Brazilian- Portugese-African dance game with interaction between music, song and dance elements that forms a strong sense of community, sport, camaraderie and individual accomplishment. World Beat

This is a hybrid class combining Latin, Salsa, Rock, Asian, Brazilian, African, Jazz, etc. music for a lively aerobic movement session guaranteed to provide a great cardio workiout.
